Crane Aboriginal Management Services has been happy to assist a number of organizations evaluate their strategic direction.  Strategic planning is an organization's process of defining its strategy and making decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy, including its capital and people.  The outcome is normally a strategic plan which is used as guidance to define functional and divisional plans, including Technology, Marketing, etc.

CAMS takes a unique and specialized approach with each of our clients and works very hard to ensure that your strategy development is completed by you with our support - not the other way around.  Your strategic planning exercise may include some or all of the following activities:

•  Evaluation of the roles and responsibilities within an    organization.
•  Examining the past, present and future goals and    objectives of your organization.
•  Completion of an operating environment assessment to    identify trends and future needs of your clients.
•  Facilitated sessions to ensure that the strategic plan is    implemented effectively and efficiently within the    organization.
